Virginia is a speech pathologist who received her bachelor’s degree from Marywood University and Master’s degree from West Chester University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech and Hearing Association. She has worked in educational and outpatient clinics with children and young adults with motor speech disorders, language learning disabilities, spectrum- neurodiversity, with and without intellectual or emotional challenges. In hospitals, acute rehabilitation and outpatient settings, Virginia has also worked with adults after diagnosis of stroke, neuromuscular disease, traumatic brain injury, and Long Covid cognitive deficits. She appreciates that learning is life long, and the ability to meet communication demands may wax and wane across the life span. She enjoys working with clients and families to improve the skills they prioritize for daily success.
Virginia is from South Jersey where she continues to live. In her spare time she enjoys travel, gardening, pickleball and dancing.
